Have you achieved balance in your seven chakras?
Chakra 1: The bottom chakra. This center represents our foundational needs and sense of security. When it's balanced, you feel settled stable, and energized. Whereas when unbalanced, you may feel insecure, anxious, or materialistic.
Chakra 2: Navel Chakra. This center is associated with our emotions and sexuality. When balanced, you may experience an abundance of emotions and be able to build healthy intimate relationships. And when unbalanced, you may feel emotionally cold, lacking chakra passion, or sexually frigid.
Chakra 3: The Sun Chakra. This center represents our confidence and willpower. When balanced, you feel confident and decisive with a clear purpose. Whereas when unbalanced, you may feel low self-esteem, lack of confidence, or control.
Chakra 4: Heart Chakra. This center represents love and relationships. When balanced, you are loving and compassionate and have harmonious relationships with others. And when unbalanced, you may feel cold, withdrawn, or have difficulty forgiving others.
Chakra 5: Throat Chakra. This center relates to our communication. When balanced, you are articulate and communicate well. Whereas when unbalanced, you may have difficulty expressing yourself, be shy or overly talkative.
Chakra 6: Brow Chakra. This center represents intuition and wisdom. When balanced, you will be intuitive and wise. And when unbalanced, you may lack insight or be rigid in your thinking.
Chakra 7: Top Chakra. This center represents spiritual connection and cosmic consciousness. When balanced, you will connect with Universal Consciousness and feel spiritually fulfilled. Whereas when unbalanced, you may feel spiritually empty, lacking faith, or overly spiritual ignoring real life.
Each person's seven chakras may be in a different state, but through self-exploration and healing, you can find them and achieve balance.
